Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing
•    Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is authorized.
•    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
•    Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
•    During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take longer.
•    We reserve the right to cancel or delay an order if payment verification, inventory availability, shipping-address verification, or fraud-prevention review is required.
Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside our control may affect the actual delivery date.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
•    We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes for expedited or overnight delivery.
•    We may be unable to ship certain oversized, restricted, or special-order items to all locations.
•    If you need international shipping, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pricing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours after shipment for tracking details to update through the carrier’s system.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
•    Please review your address, apartment or suite number, zip code, and contact information before submitting your order.
•    If you need to change an address, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
•    We are not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once an order is accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by that carrier.
•    If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check with household members, neighbors, your building office, and the carrier first.
•    If a package appears lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help begin a carrier investigation.
•    If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
•    We may require damaged items to be returned before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us because they were refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping charges.
If an order is returned to us, we will contact you regarding reshipment or a refund. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from our error.
Preorders and Backorders
If an item is listed as a preorder or backorder, the estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page or communicated after purchase.
If your order contains both in-stock and preorder or backorder items, we may ship the order together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.

Please include your order number in all shipping-related requests.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
